This is one of those shots that made me sit up and say “DAAAANG”. These women are passionate, and these photos make them look like absolute bosses and marketing sensations.
I first got the chance to shoot Chess & Nickie this past May (unbeknownst to me at the time, that was the day before Teddy was born!), and they had some exciting twists in the works! With their new offering completing, we knew they needed a photo collection that felt more editorial, clean, and high-level than what we shot last year. I had a feeling that a white studio would be our best bet for that upscale feel, and as luck would have it, we found Rose & Salt Studio near Chess’ home in OKC!
We were on a tight timeline, and I knew we needed a combination of head shots, partner shots, and detail pictures. I offer quarter day shoots for my returning clients, and this is the PERFECT opportunity for that- a campaign based session with laser sharp focus.
We had enough time to get everything we needed and swap clothes a few times, and I’m so pleased with the results – look how snappy their new landing page looks!

Photographer- are you sure this entire session was recorded with OCF? We’re in a beautiful all-white studio… but natural light comes in from the opposite side of the building, and I really wanted to shoot with a white wall as our backdrop. So I top it off with a strobe + umbrella/diffuser setup, and I’m in LOVE with the result!
